How to knit the openwork diamonds stitch

Hi, today’s lesson is about openwork stitches, in other words, that wide selection of knit stitches that are characterised by gaps that make the outer surface look spongy and light as a feather. We’re going to learn how to do the openwork diamonds stitch to be precise.

We’ve chosen our mohair silk Fluffy yarn as its texture adds a lovely cloudy affect to the stitch! Here it is in the Honey colour but there are loads of colours to choose from on the shop.
