How to knit an interrupted diamond stitch

Small rooftops that crowd a medieval village or a smattering of sailing boats that cut through the most placid of seas. To us, the square knitted with the interrupted diamond stitch, evokes such imagery.

Even though it is stitch that is easy to knit, it is one which yields much satisfaction and which can be useful in the creation of any garment or accessory that is in need of a little volume.

The yarn chosen is Sierra, warm and soft thanks to its generous percentage of baby alpaca, in the color of Saffron. On the shop you can also find many other beautiful colors.

Enjoy!
