Starting off the new year of the knit stitch collection with our yarns, is the crochet checkered stitch. This stitch is ideal for making blankets and scarves. It's easy-peasy to do and looks gorgeous too: The bulkiness combined with the gaps of the checks make the surface look soft and three dimensional at the same time. What's more, the checkered stitch has a timeless charm about it, it'll be just as good tomorrow as it is today.
We've chosen the Piuma yarn in the Honey colour for the checkered stitch, but with so many different colours on our shop, you're bound to find one that's just right for you.
Ready, set, go!
